In the suburb of Paphos, one of the most popular areas of Sea Caves, construction of a complex of designer villas has begun.

Sea Caves Pearl Villas was designed by renowned Cypriot architect Andreas Ioannou, who was part of the Limassol Marina design team.

The complex consists of only 9 exclusive residences with living areas ranging from 250 to 350 sq.m., located on plots of 10-20 ares. All villas are designed in 2-3 levels and are located in such a way that each one has stunning panoramic views of the sea, Coralia and Coral Bay.

All villas have an open kitchen area, a barbecue area, a garden of olive and fruit trees, a wall with a waterfall and, of course, a pool with an overflow and the effect of unity with the sea. The pools also have original lighting and an autonomous water filtration system. Only natural materials from stone, marble and natural oak are used in the decoration of the villas.

In 2020, the Sea Caves Pearl Villas project was awarded 3 international real estate awards: the award for the best project in Cyprus, the award for the best architectural solution. And villa number 7 of this project was recognized as the best villa project in Cyprus.
